Sultanmabi is a food distribution company based in Mombasa, Kenya, specializing in the distribution of meat, poultry products, and selected food supplies including rice. We operate as an authorized distributor of Farmer’s Choice and Choice Meats products.

  1. Eligibility

To place an order through our platform you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only

Sultanmabi reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  1. Product Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

Due to the nature of food distribution:

  • Some products may be temporarily unavailable
  • Product packaging may vary from images shown
  • Prices may change without prior notice

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

  1. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Prices may include or exclude delivery fees depending on the delivery location.

Sultanmabi reserves the right to adjust prices due to:

  • Supplier price changes
  • Market conditions
  • Operational costs

However, once an order is confirmed and paid for, the price will not change.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed or verified.

Sultanmabi reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Delivery limitations

We accept secure payments through:

  • MPESA
  • Visa
  • Mastercard

Payments are processed through Pesapal, our secure payment gateway provider.

Sultanmabi does not store or access your payment card information.

  1. Delivery

We provide delivery services within selected areas including:

  • Nyali
  • Kisauni
  • Ukunda
  • Other expanding coastal zones

Delivery conditions:

  • Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time
  • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors

Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.

  1. Order Pickup

Customers may choose to collect orders from our warehouse located at:

Petro City Mall, Links Road
Nyali, Mombasa

Pickup hours are typically 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM unless otherwise stated.

  1. Product Quality & Food Safety

Sultanmabi maintains strict quality control and cold-chain logistics to ensure product freshness.

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect products upon delivery
  • Refrigerate or freeze products immediately where required

Once perishable products are accepted, Sultanmabi may not accept returns unless a quality issue is reported immediately.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery

Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds may be processed through:

  • MPESA reversal
  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sultanmabi website including:

  • Logos
  • Images
  • Product descriptions
  • Website design

is the property of Sultanmabi or its partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Sultanmabi shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by external factors such as weather or traffic
  • Customer misuse or improper storage of products after delivery
  • Temporary website interruptions

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.
